In addition, Pernod Ricard has progressed by more than 150 ranks and is in the top 15% of the sample of 2,100 companies in the 2020 ranking of Best Employers in France, produced by the magazine Capital with the Statista Institute. Released for the sixth consecutive year, 20,000 employees were interviewed in an anonymous, independent survey. In its (food) sector, Pernod Ricard increased by more than 15 places compared to the previous year.
These figures corroborate the independent study iSay produced by Willis Towers Watson, conducted every two years with the 19,000 Group employees. The latest edition notably confirmed the following figures: 96% of employees say they are proud to be associated with their company and 95% declare that they fully support the Group’s values.
